Immucor in Norcross is currently hiring for a Helpdesk Analyst. The person in this position will work in the Information Technology Support Department. Responsibilities include traveling to Immucor offices as needed, to provide in-house desktop support as well as remote user backing.
A Two-Year Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Two years of practical help desk experience is also required.
