"As a parent, homeowner, and business person in downtown Lawrenceville I am fully committed to the success of our neighborhoods, residents, and our local business community.

"As a parent of two small children, I understand and share the desires and concerns of families within our community. We all want to insure that our children can walk to school and play in our neighborhoods safely. We all want to live in a community that provides a variety of local activities and special events where the people of Lawrenceville come together in recreation and in celebration. As your Councilman my first priority and my vote will always be to protect our ‘quality of life’ here in Lawrenceville.

"As a homeowner I share your concerns over the large number of foreclosures in our neighborhoods and the growing number of vacant properties that are decreasing home values in our community. As a real estate broker I am acutely familiar with our local housing markets and the challenges that local homeowners are facing. I have negotiated directly with the major foreclosure banks in an effort to insure that vacant properties in our city are properly maintained, adequately updated and repaired, and are preferably sold to qualified owner-occupants. As your City Councilman I will work diligently to protect Lawrenceville’s homeowners and our local housing market.

"As a local business owner I walk down the streets of Lawrenceville’s Town Square on a daily basis, and share the common interests of Lawrenceville’s business community. Like you, I too am very concerned that Lawrenceville visitors are greeted with a huge 'Bank Owned'banner and a block of empty store fronts as they enter our town center from the south. As your City Councilman I believe we can do a better job at supporting and promoting our business community, and we must be active partners with local business men and woman to insure Lawrenceville’s economic future.

"As your City Councilmen my priorities are the interests of all residents of Lawrenceville; public safety, protecting home values, supporting our business community, encouraging economic growth, opposing excess regulations, and limiting government waste and spending. I look forward to your support on November 8, 2011.”

and former have also announced their intentions to run in November.
