Lisa Sherak Martin, Neighbor

I am a certified personal trainer and wellness/weight loss coach who lives and works in  Lawrenceville.  I have a private gym and office in my home where I work with my clients.  My website is www.livingfitstudios.com.  I have lived in Lawrenceville almost two years, but lived in Alpharetta for 10 years prior to that. I own my own business which keeps me busy, and am married with 5 children between the ages of 16 and 24. They also keep me very busy! I am a distance runner, have done two Ironman races, and also do adventure racing.  I  will be 50 next year, and I do my best to model aging at its finest with no limitations.  When you have your health and when you are a fit, lean person, there is absolutely nothing that you can't do!
