Snellville Police request assistance in locating Dorian Shell Garrett. They say she may be in Lawrenceville.
Update 7pm: Snellville Police confirm Garrett has returned home. Snellville Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating Dorian Shell Garrett, a 14-year-old girl. She is possibly a runaway and has been missing for about a week. She is described by her family as between 5'0 and 5'4. weighs around 115 pounds and has blonde hair. She is from Snellville but may be in Monroe or Lawrenceville. If you have seen Garrett, please call Snellville Police at (770) 985-3555, or dial 911.

Jacob Mitchell of Lawrenceville and his girlfriend Samantha Aldana were found in New York State.
A Lawrenceville mother received good news that her son was safe, only to later learn he would run away again. Katricia Mitchell created a Facebook page, Finding Jacob, to help locate her 15 year old son, Jacob Terry Mitchell. On the page, Mitchell says her son and his 17 year old girlfriend, Samantha Aldana, were with the girl's family in New York. Mitchell told 11Alive that the teens were at Samantha Aldana's aunt and uncle's home in Long Beach N.Y. Just hours later, Katricia Mitchell posted that the two were on the run again. "Sam's aunt gave them keys, after having taken the keys away and ensuring their safety, to get belongings out of car and they took off," said the concerned mother on Facebook. The family of 15-year-old Jacob Terry Mitchell need your help in finding the missing boy. He was last seen on Friday, April 27, at 2:30 p.m. with a 17-year-old girl. The two were riding in an early 90's model, gold Toyota Corolla with missing hubcaps. If you have any information about Mitchell's whereabouts, please call Gwinnett County Police at 770-513-5100.

A mother and her 3 year old child who were missing since Thursday have now been found. Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Edwin Ritter said Monday afternoon that 33 year old Flor Cabrera DeRodriguez and her 3 year old child Emanual have been located. DeRodriguez was taken to Piedmont Hospital for a pre-existing medical condition while her child is now safe with other family members. GCPD says DeRodriguez had last talked to her husband at about 8:45pm on January 5th before she went missing.
