An incident report released Friday (March 29) by Duluth Police confirmed the identity of a Duluth man whose body was found wrapped in a blanket in his garage. He was identified as Donald Singer, 57, the sole resident of a home on Montheath Pass. Duluth Police responded Thursday (March 28) to a 911 call from Singer’s daughter Jessica Black of Lawrenceville, who found his body. The 911 call was received about 4 p.m. Duluth Police Friday issued a BOLO for a 1988 Porsche 944 believed stolen from the homicide scene between March 24 and March 29. A Dacula woman is dead as a result of what police believe was a domestic dispute, Dacula Patch reports. Police were called to the 2600 block of Kachina Trail in the Apalachee Heritage subdivision in Dacula on Friday, March 1, at 10:07 a.m. According to Gwinnett County Police Department public information officer Cpl. Jake Smith, the suspect in the case -- the husband of the deceased woman -- was the person who called 911. "It's a domestic-related homicide," Smith said. After a nearly nine month search, Gwinnett County Police have arrested a suspect in the murder of a man at a CVS in unincorporated Lawrenceville. Jamad Wallace, 21 of Stone Mountain, was arrested Wednesday in Dekalb County and taken to the Gwinnett County Detention Center. Wallace is charged with murder in relation to the death of Alex Delgado Ramos, 27 of Lawrenceville last year. On March 4, 2012, officers responded to a shooting at the CVS at 1187 Grayson Highway at around 10pm. Ramos was found outside the drugstore with a gunshot to the left side of his head. Gwinnett County Police say robbery or burglary may be the motive for the killing of a woman at her home in unincorporated Lawrenceville. On Wednesday, Nov. 21, police were called to the home of Parviz Moledina at 1403 Alamein Drive. GCPD now says she was found in her bedroom and had been stabbed more than 20 times. Investigators do not know if the suspects knew Moledina was home at the time. Moledina's Volvo was reported missing from her home. Gwinnett County Police have arrested two Lawrenceville men in connection to the murder of their neighbor. On Wednesday, police found 64 year old Parviz Moledina stabbed to death in her home on 1403 Alamein Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville. Her 2007 Volvo station wagon was reported missing. It was later found on Thanksgiving Day outside the Bass Pro Shop at Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Police issued search warrants after searching Moledina's car. On Saturday morning, they arrested Eric Lamont Bolling and Justin Eldridge. The two men lived just down the street from Moledina at 1474 Alamein Drive. A woman was reportedly killed in her home outside the Lawrenceville city limits late Wednesday night. At about 10:45pm, Gwinnett County Police were called to a home at 1403 Alamein Drive in unincorporated Lawrenceville. When they arrived, officers found a woman dead from multiple stab wounds. On Tuesday evening, Gwinnett County Police found the body of 22 year old Black male in the area of Bridge Walk Dr. and Oak Rd. in unincorporated Lawrenceville. Police were responding to a call of "shots fired." They searched the area and found the body of Rashad Jones of Lawrenceville near the tennis courts. During their investigation, police talked to several people and potential suspects who said the motive behind the killing may have been a rip off involving a scam. GCPD's Cpl. Edwin Ritter says neither the suspects or the victim lived in the neighborhood.

At around 8:40pm Tuesday, Gwinnett County Police received a call of "shots fired" at Bridge Walk Dr and Oak Rd in unincorporated Lawrenceville. When officers arrived at the subdivision, they found the body of a Black male near the tennis courts. The identity of the victim is unknown, however police believe he was in his teens. Investigators are continuing to interview witnesses and Crime Scene Investigators are collecting evidence.

The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened at about 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, near the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Merchants Way near the Gwinnett Place Mall. Police say Monique Marlowe, believed to be about 25 years old, was found behind the Hertz Rent-a-Car adjacent to the Gwinnett County Transit pick-up/drop-off hub. Marlowe was transported to Gwinnett County Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead. According to a media release distributed just after 11 p.m. Friday, the victim was a Hertz employee who was shot while attending to a vehicle behind the building. Early Saturday morning, Gwinnett County Police received a call of gunshots at a Lawrenceville apartment complex. The caller said there was a man on the ground outside the 700 building of the Wesley Saint Claire Apartments on Sweetwater Road. When officers arrived, they found a black male dead on the ground. Officers also found bullet holes in the door of an apartment in the 700 building. When they asked the man who lived in that unit, he told officers that he was the victim of a home invasion burglary. The resident claimed there was a second suspect but police were not able to track that person down. The resident was taken to the Central Precinct for questioning. GCPD will continue to investigate.
