This Tabby is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
***Ratatouille's foster mom is moving out of town soon, and is offering a special adoption fee of $50 in the hopes of placing him before she leaves.*** Ratatouille is a wonderful little Tabby boy who would like to meet you! Born around the middle of June, this tiny kitten somehow got stuck in a sewer pipe. A passersby heard him crying, and rescue ensued. Once he was safely out, we took him into foster care, where he is doing great! His foster mom jokingly called him Sewer Rat at first, but he is just too cute for such a name, so a couple of our members thought of Ratatouille, and we like it! This Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua Mix is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Binks is a precious little four year old girl who needs a forever home! She came to us along with her dad (see Da Vinci) when their previous owner was no longer able to keep them. Her dad is a Yorkie/Jack Russell Terrier mix, so she has those breeds in her blood, and maybe a little Chihuahua as well. We know that she is 100% pure adorable in any case! Binks has spent her whole life with her daddy protecting her, so she is understandably a bit shy at first. She is very sweet and gets along fine with other dogs. She is crate trained, but will need some assistance in the housebreaking department, as she was living outside for a while in her previous home. This Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie/Jack Russell Terrier is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Da Vinci, or Vinny, is an absolutely adorable Yorkie/JRT mix. He is about six years old, and weighs about ten pounds. Vinny's previous owner is unable to keep him due to health issues, and we have promised to find him a great home. He is a sweet boy, a bit shy at first, but warms up after a while and is very friendly. He gets along well with other dogs, and loves to play ball with his foster dad. He grudgingly tolerates bathing and nail clipping. He is crate trained, but needs a bit of help in the housebreaking department, as he was living outside for a while in his previous home. This Shepherd/Wirehaired Terrier Mix is looking for a forever home.
Marnie is a lovely little puppy who needs a forever home. Born around the middle of March, Marnie came to us when her previous owners found they could not keep her. We have promised to find her a great permanent home. This adorable girl appears to be a Shepherd/Wirehaired Terrier mix. Her coat is wiry but soft, and we think she will probably be a nice medium size when full grown. This Bichon Frise/Yellow Labrador Retriever Mix is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Mister Baxter is a precious boy, one of eleven pups born in rescue on January 9th, 2013. Baxter's Momma, Diamond, is a lovely Yellow Lab mix, about 60 lbs, and Dad is a 20 lb purebred Bichon Frise. We are guessing that Baxter's full grown size will be somewhere in between the two. What an interesting and beautiful mix! Baxter is a fuzzy, somewhat wirey-coated boy, but his fur is very soft. He is probably not hypoallergenic, despite being part Bichon. Baxter is very likely to shed, and will require regular grooming to keep his coat in good condition. This Black Labrador Retriever is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Gentle Ben is a great looking three year old Lab who needs a great home. He was taken in as a stray by a good friend of our group, who found him wandering alone in his neighborhood. Gentle Ben is just like his name... sweet, shy, very gentle and a bit tentative at first, but his tail starts to wag after a moment or two. He has a beautiful face and a glossy coat, which we tried in vain to capture in his photos. In person (or dog!) he is a really handsome boy with a very sweet demeanor. When Ben was checked out at the vet, he tested positive for heartworm, probably as a result of being kept outside most of the time, or wandering on his own for who knows how long. He has now been treated and is recovering well, and on his way to a clean bill …

This Jack Russell Terrier mix is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.
Josie is a lovely little Jack Russell mix female, about 7 years old and in perfect health. She is small, weighing in at just ten pounds. She was found running toward a busy roadway in Gwinnett. A nice woman stopped alongside her, opened the car door and Josie jumped in. The lady tried to find her owner but had no luck. Josie had no tags or microchip, was covered with fleas and ticks, and not looking her best. She was bathed several times, clipped close to the skin so the dirt could be washed out. She is now a cute little bundle of love. Although her coat is short now, when grown out she is a little white dog with black ears. Her skin has speckled coloring and is very cute. Bruiser Betty is one of Ginger's pups! Born in rescue in January, this adorable little gal (along with her four siblings) has been weaned and raised by a great momma dog, and now she is ready to meet the world.
