Extremely Bad Service & Fraudulent Sales Tactics by salesperson Fatima at the GA 400 Outlet Mall at Perfume Studio
1. Fatima claimed the U.S. retail on this cologne was $250.00 a bottle and that the Europeans come in and by it by the cases due to the low price point at $109.00 a bottle on sale.
2. Fatima mentioned their last European customer purchased by the case that's why they have two units left. These customers take those units and sell them on the Internet for a profit.
3. Fatima also mentioned that she was not trying to over sell me because she does not work on commission.
4. Fatima was rude, refused to complete a return and refused to escalate this issue to management when requested.
5. The other workers stated that "I should have checked the Internet before purchase ?" But from a customer standpoint, is it really fair and an ideal or realistic situation for a customer to have to check the internet for fair and reputable prices before walking into a so called retail establishment? I think not. The expectation from a business is to be fair and respectful and to not mislead customers or provide false information to make a sale.
6. Fatima only offered to call management after I called my credit card company in the midst of completing fraudulent dispute charge on my credit card.
The entire store from an employee standpoint was unprofessional in handling this customer issue and showed a lack of integrity and respect.
