Lovely Lydia: A Puppy Up for Adoption in Lawrenceville

This Beagle/Boxer mix is up for adoption in Lawrenceville, Ga.

This is lovely little Lydia! She's a precious pup who needs a great permanent home. This tiny girl was in danger of being euthanized at a local shelter due to a small patch of ringworm on her left front paw (see the wrap in her photos). The condition is very easily treatable but is contagious, making a difficult situation for the shelter to manage. Fortunately, we heard about Lydia, and one of our members scooped her up and brought to safety in foster care. She is being treated and will be perfect in no time. We think, based on her looks, that Lydia is a beagle/boxer blend, so she will probably be a medium sized dog when full grown. She is mostly white, with the prettiest markings, as you can see. Lydia is looking for a home where her person or family has the time, patience, and energy that all pups need to help her grow up to be a great dog.  If you would like to meet her, please let us know!

Prior to adoptions, Lydia will be fully vetted -- spayed, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming. The adoption fee is $150 (cash only, please).

You can apply to adopt by submitting an application via our website at http://www.sohfga.com/. We hold adoptions at Petco in Snellville from 12-4 every Saturday and Sunday. Not every pet is present on every adoption day, so if you want to meet this one, be sure and contact us!
