New Archer Basketball Coach Returns to Gwinnett Roots

Archer High School will soon be playing with a new Tigers' basketball coach.

Joel Lecoeuvre, who grew up in Suwanee, has accepted an associate coach's job at Archer High School, according to the Savannah Morning News.

For the past five seasons, he has been a coach at Windsor Forest High School in Savannah, the newspaper reported.

Now, Lecoeuvre will be returning home to Gwinnett County. As a youth, he played basketball at North Gwinnett High School. He also went on to teach and coach at Parkview High School in Lilburn.
