After two straight rocky outings, former Atlanta Braves pitcher Jair Jurrjens turned in a strong outing Sunday.
Jurrjens (3-2) went eight innings, allowing no runs and three hits in the G-Braves' 1-0 victory over Rochester.
Christian Marrero had a run-scoring triple in the sixth inning to account for the G-Braves' only run.
Gwinnett begins a four-game series against Lehigh Valley on Monday (7:05 p.m.) at Coolray Field. Players and coaches will be wearing camouflage jerseys in honor of Memorial Day.
