Jair Jurrjens, once one of the brightest pitching stars with the Atlanta Braves, will begin his comeback Sunday when he pitches for the Gwinnett Braves in Toledo.
Jurrjens, 26, won 27 games in 2008-09, his first two seasons with the Atlanta Braves. But he was optioned to Gwinnett earlier in April after starting this season with an 0-2 record and 9.37 ERA.

The G-Braves and Mud Hens game Sunday is 2 p.m. in Toledo. Gwinnett (16-7) leads the International League South.
