Gwinnett Braves Release 2014 Schedule

The season starts April 11, 2014 with a home game against the Durham Bulls.

The Gwinnett Braves announced their schedule for their sixth season on Wednesday.

The Triple-A minor league team for the Atlanta Braves will begin the 2014 with a home game against International League South Division rival Durham Bulls on Friday, April 11, 2014. First pitch is at 7:05pm

The season begins with a five-game homestand against Durham and the Norfolk Tides from April 11 through the 15.

The G-Braves will play at home 13 of the 22 weekends of the baseball season. Homestands include games against Lehigh Valley and Buffalo (May 1-8), Indianapolis and Norfolk (May 17-25), Columbus and Rochester (June 3-10), Louisville, Toledo and Charlotte (June 20-29), Durham and Syracuse (July 4-9), Durham and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (July 17-24), Norfolk and Pawtucket (August 7-14) and Durham and Charlotte (August 26-30). 

Highlights of the 2014 include a night game at home Coolray Field on the Fourth of July for the second year in a row. The G-Braves will also play ball at home on Easter Sunday, April 20.

Game times for all 72 games will be announced at a later time. Information about weekly promotions and promotional games will also be released at another date.

The G-Braves play the Durham Bulls Wednesday evening at home. First pitch is at 6:05pm.
