The Gwinnett Area Chick-fil-A restaurants will be hosting a "Spirit Night" for the Gwinnett Children's Shelter on Wednesday, April 18 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
During this special event a percentage of sales from each participating Chick-fil-A will go directly to the shelter. Guests in attendance will also be entered into a drawing for the right to throw out the first pitch at the May 12 Gwinnett Braves Game. The May 12 game has been awarded to the Gwinnett Children's Shelter as a fundriaser game. The winner of the drawing will not only throw out the first pitch, but he/she will be escorted on the field by the Chick-fil-A vehicle and the Chick-fil-A Cows.
Tickets to the Gwinnett Braves game may be purchased online with a portion of ticket sales being donated to the shelter as well.
