Wofford Student from Lawrenceville Gains Experience Through Internship

From as close as Wofford College's admission office to as far away as India, China and England, with assignments as diverse as scientific, robotics and medical research to sports arena operations, banking, sales and marketing to volunteer services and caring for primates, more than 75 Wofford students and recent graduates are gaining valuable experiences this summer through a variety of internships.

Sara Futch is from Lawrenceville, Ga. Futch, a member of the class of 2016, is majoring in psychology. Internship: caring for and researching primates at the Georgia Zoo and working at the Language Research Center, Georgia State University, Atlanta, Ga.

Emily Kubal is from Dacula, Ga. Kubal, a member of the class of 2014, is majoring in English. Internship: Medical Distribution Solutions Inc., a leading publishing and content company that supplies information, communication and educational services to providers, manufacturers and distributors involved in health care, Lawrenceville, Ga.
