New Violation. 2-2A, Violation of Code: [.03(4)(a)-(f) ] Person in charge was unaware of the reportable symptom jaundice and the foodborne illness. Person in charge was informed. Air temperature of the holding unit not maintained below 41F.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] (a) Sandwich prep cooler is leaking; (b) handles are missing on prep coolers and reach-in cooler (reach-in cooler has been replaced with tape); (c) can opener blade is dull with metal shaving present.
