Three compartment sink was properly set up and equipment/utensils were re-washed, rinsed and sanitized before being placed to air dry. Corrected On-Site. Cooked potentially hazardous foods should be marked with the date of preparation and/or date product must be discarded. Day one is the date of preparation, plus six days for a total of seven days before the product must be sold, consumed and/or discarded. Containers were date marked. Corrected On-Site. The person in charge placed labels on these containers. All chemicals removed from original packaging and placed into working containers should be labeled with the common name of the chemical.
