No Threat at Archer High School

There is heightened police presence at Grayson High School Friday after concerns about a possible threat there.

However, officials at Archer High School in Lawrenceville say rumors of threats at their school are false.

Archer administration sent the following email to parents this morning: 

"There was a news story about Grayson HS this morning that has prompted some students and parents to believe there exists a threat of violence at Archer. Be advised we have no information to support this, credible or otherwise. Furthermore, it appears that social media has served to broadly exacerbate these rumors. While we are always vigilant when it comes to the safety and security of our students and staff, there is simply nothing legitimate to substantiate additional concern."
