Movie Filmed at GGC to Air Friday

The made-for-TV-movie "Game of Your Life" shot some scenes on the campus.

is ready for its close up! The campus is featured in the made-for-TV-movie Game of Your Life, which airs Friday at 8pm on NBC. 

Movie camera crews came to the campus to shoot some scenes there earlier this year. 

The movie stars actors Lea Thompson and Nathan Kress in a story about a student who lands a scholarship to an exclusive video game design program. Kress' character, Zach, must survive a freshman project that will eliminate half the class. But when he learns his father is in financial trouble, he must make a decision that will affect his future and the lives of everyone around him.

GGC itself will soon be introducing a video gaming concentration as part of its information technology major.

“GGC was a great location to film this movie because it embraces all of the qualities of a high-end scholastic environment in an idyllic setting,” said David Rosemont, executive producer of HCP Productions II, LLC in a release.
