GGC Remembers 9/11
Georgia Gwinnett College held a ceremony Sunday morning on the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
hosted a small ceremony Sunday morning to mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. GGC's honor guard first raised the flags. Then the college's siren sounded 11 times at 8:46am to mark the time Flight 11 crashed in to the North Tower at the World Trade Center. The flags were then lowered to half staff.
