The real estate market continues to change, and Lawrenceville is no different

Some highlights from the month of May:

- Active listings is down 67 percent from this time last year. (This means that there are fewer homes for buyers, and this may then drive the prices of homes up.)
- The median listing price is up from this time year, $119,000 to $183,000.
- The median sale price has jumped from $92,000 in 2012 to $143,000 this year.
