Residential Appraiser Manager

Gwinnett County is seeking a Residential Appraiser Manager. This position is within the Tax Assessors Office. The Residential Appraisal Section is responsible for establishing a value for about 260,000 residential properties in the county. The Manager will prioritize and assign tasks, track job performance and more.  

A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or Business Administration and three years of appraisal experience or ten years experience in the fee appraisal field is required.
