Forum to Provide Information on Regional Transportation Referendum

The City of Lawrenceville will host a public forum on June 28 regarding the upcoming RTR.

The City of Lawrenceville is hosting a transportation informational forum on Thursday, June 18 at City Hall. The forum will begin at 7 p.m. and is expected to wrap-up by 8:30 p.m.

The public is encouraged to attend the forum and learn valuable information about the upcoming Regional Transportation Referendum (RTR) that will be voted upon on July 31. Attendees will learn the specifics surrounding the referendum and the floor will be opened for neutrally based questions.

If voters approve the regional penny sales tax, Gwinnett County and its cities will receive funding over the next 10 years for regional and local projects named by the County and its cities.
