The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners will host a ribbon cutting to open a new sales tax project, the Sugarloaf Parkway Extension Phase 1-Section 3. The ceremony will take place on Sugarloaf Parkway at SR 316, July 2, at 3 p.m.
