Since the final presidential debate, billionaire and Mitt Romney supporter Donald Trump has said he will be making a major announcement that will shake up the presidential race.
On Wednesday, Trump made that announcement on YouTube.
In the video, Trump calls Obama "the least transparent president in the history of this country." He is now asking the President to release his college and passport records and applications. In exchange, Trump will donate $5 million dollars to the charity of Obama's choice.
