County Looking Into Lasseter's Vacant Seat
Gwinnett County Commissioner Chairman Charlotte Nash says the county's legal department is looking into whether they need to fill Shirley Lasseter's seat.
Charlotte Nash, Chairman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, said on Friday that the County is now reviewing laws to determine if they need to appoint someone to fill Shirley Lasseter's unexpired term.
"Our law department is reviewing it," Nash said. "We expect the results of their analysis today."
