Appointed Appraiser Manager (Residential Section)

Gwinnett County is hiring for an Appointed Appraiser Manager (Residential Section). The person in this position will be responsible for managing and supervising one half of the Residential Appraisal Section of the Tax Assessor's Office. The will supervise a staff as well as manage the appraisal process for a section of the department, ensures applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations are followed and more.

A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or Business Administration and three years of appraisal experience are required.
