Ann Romney Coming to Gwinnett

Wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be appearing at a fundraiser in Duluth and another in Johns Creek.

Ann Romney, the wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, is scheduled to appear at fundraising events in Duluth and Johns Creek this coming Thursday.

Mrs. Romney will be greeting supporters of her husband’s victory campaign and posing for photos with them at a VIP Reception at Sugarloaf Country Club at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, for contributions of $2,500 per person or $5,000 per couple. A general reception at $1,000 per person follows at 5:30 p.m. Making a commitment to raise or donating $5,000 to the campaign allows the donor to serve on the Host Committee.

She will then travel to the Atlanta Athletic Club in nearby Johns Creek for a 6 p.m. VIP reception ($5,000 per couple) and 6:30 p.m. general reception ($1,000 per couple). Supporters can become event hosts by giving or raising $5,000.

Mitt Romney will be speaking at a fund-raising luncheon at noon Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta. Luncheon attendees contribute $1,000 to his campaign. A private photo reception is available for a $10,000 contribution. Luncheon hosts give or raise $10,000.
