Usher's Stepson Kile Glover May Have To Be Taken Off Life Support, Reports Say

Insurance limits come into play for the son of Usher's ex-wife, critically injured at Lake Lanier in July.

Kile Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife who was critically injured at Lake Lanier earlier in July, may have to be taken off life support, according to media reports.

The entertainment website TMZ has reported that Tameka Raymond will be forced to take her son off life support as early as next month because his insurance coverage is about to expire.

Citing sources, TMZ reported that Tameka Raymond can only keep her son, 11, on life-support as long as her insurance company agrees to pay, otherwise she doesn't have the funds to cover the enormous hospital bills.

He has been on life support since a July 6 accident that also injured a female friend, 15. A family friend reportedly ran into the two youths wth a jet ski at Lake Lanier, while the youths were in an inner tube being pulled by a pontoon boat.

Glover reportedly sustained severe head injuries. Jeffrey S. Hubbard, has been identified as the driver. No charges have been filed in the case, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.

This matter comes not long after two Buford brothers, Griffin and Jake Prince, were killed in a boating collision in June on Lake Lanier.

Such a tough decision for his mother to have to make. Prayers go out to their family.

I hope the doctors are telling Kile's parents that brain death is irreversible and not giving them false hope. Through organ donation, Kile could continue to live on through other children, who probably need transplants immediately for their survival. It's such a sad situation that Kile's family members and the world have lost such a lovable, adorable and sweet child who seemed so full of life. I hope his mom and dad will have the strength to pull through their loss.

It is always very sad to lose an innocent young child. There have been 3 too many lost at Lake Lanier recently.

Prayers go out to the adorable little boy's family, especially his mother. I feel his STEPFATHER USHER should step in and handle the hospital bill. It should not matter if they aren't together. I will never respect him if he does not step up to the plate.I will go broke if I had to for my child. Who knows he may pull through its in Jehovah's hands.
