Lawrenceville Police have identified the man they say killed a teen in a shooting that happened not too far from Phoenix High School.

Police say 21 year old Kevin Emanuel of Lawrenceville is the one who pulled the trigger and killed 19 year old Kevin Dawoyea Monday afternoon.

An altercation between two Phoenix students led to other non-students joining the fight. It is not yet clear if the suspects or victims were students at the high school.
