Report: Man Arrested For Having Hoax Device

Channel 2 reports that the electronic devices on Daniel Guillermo Tudela, who was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail Tuesday and later released, were not dangerous.

The man, Daniel Guillermo Tudela, "had no intent whatsoever to give any appearance of possessing a destructive device of any kind," his lawyer told Channel 2.

The arrest followed an incident a couple of weeks ago where Discover Mills employees reported seeing wires and electronics on Tudela, who is of an unspecified part of the Stone Mountain area. Tudela was seen walking toward a movie theater at Discover Mills, according to the report.
