Man Charged With Exposing Himself in Target's Girls Department

Dustin Sanders told police he had an "urge" but knew it was wrong.

A woman shopping at a Buford Target reported seeing a man expose himself to customers in the girls department of the store.

The shopper told Gwinnett County Police she saw the man with his pants and belt undone, looking at a group of young children with his hands on his penis.

Target security took the man later identified as Dustin Sanders to the Loss Prevention office to hear his side of the story.

Sanders, who is listed on the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office as living at a Lawrenceville address, admitted he exposed himself to a "Spanish woman" because "she looked good." He told Target officials he did not know others could see him exposing himself.

When questioned by Gwinnett Police, he again admitted exposing himself, but said it was to a woman in the women's department. He told police it had been a while since he had a girlfriend. Sanders said he had an "urge" to masturbate even though he knew it was wrong.

Sanders was charged with public indecency and booked into the Gwinnett County Jail.
