I don't want to know about misdemeanor arrests. It is harmful to those arrested and then charges are dropped. Additionally, there are a lot of good citizens making bad choices that don't rise to the level of news- reporting worthiness. That type of reporting may be interesting, but it does more harm than good. Please stick to felony reporting only.

I agree with Roberta. Publishing misdemeanor arrests just ostracizes those people, especially since you are giving their full addresses. It may be public record, but it used to actually take effort to dig into peoples' business. It wasn't meant to be plastered all over. How would you feel if you got arrested for a misdemeanor (there are many, and it could happen to anyone, especially with all of those pesky traffic infractions) and YOUR photo and address was published on here? Even if a CONVICTION was made, it's still just a misdemeanor.
