Lawrenceville Docket Book: September 16

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on September 16, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Damian Montrell Harris, 275 Halbert Ct, was arrested and charged with improper/erratic lane change, open container law and DUI-alcohol.

Tyler Marcus Livingston, 2561 Bechers Brk, was arrested and charged with battery, entering an auto, VGCSA of C/S, drugs not in original container, hold for other agency, robbery and giving false name or information.

Arturo Ochoa Perez, 2935 Cherry Wood Dr, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Amer Paul Lopez, 2852 Cruse Rd, was arrested and charged with no drivers license, failure to yield right of way to vehicle, improper lane change, DUI-more than 0.10%blood alcohol and hold for immigration.

Fabian Alex Leal-Rivera, 438 Padens Valley Ct, was arrested and charged with racing.

Reginald Hines, 1403 Club Lakes Pkwy, was arrested and charged with racing and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Nathan James Mansi, 3103 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Rm 11, was arrested and charged with interference with custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Christopher M Gilbreth, 1133 Sandalwood Dr, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and wrong way on one way.

Marcus Lucien Thrower, 632 Maple Wood Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI-more than 0.10%blood alcohol, expired license and following too closely.

Limberg Javier Tavares-Mercado, 1316 Brandon Ct, was arrested and charged with VGCSA of C/S.

Saturnino Garcia, 777 Dunlin Fields Dr, was arrested and charged with battery, affray and DUI-alcohol.

Alexavier Javier, 2561 Amber Trail, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Dzaemail Alimanovic, Apt 87 807 Five Forks Trickum Rd, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

David Charles Bingham, 441 Downing St, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. 

Alvaro Enrique Silva, 3350 Sweetwater Rd, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, possession of a weapon during a crime and terroristic threats & acts.

Endia Nyo Riggins, 1346 Woodington Cir, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Van P Trinh, 1597 Isham Dr, was arrested and charged with expired license and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

James William Jr Jones, 136 West Pike St, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving and theft by deception.

Jacob Davis Matson, 1455 Great Oaks Dr, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
