Lawrenceville Docket Book: October 9

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on October 9. Those arrested and their charges include:

Juan Alers, 600 Paris Drive, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Kaitlyn Nicole Marshall, 1231 Buttercup Court, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.

Viraphong Tony Sengphonexay, 130 Prestwyck Oak Place, was arrested and charged with possession of less 1 oz. marijuana.

Jonathan Jaistron Williams, 313 Lexington Drive, was arrested and charged with VGCSA intent to distribute C/S.

Christopher Todd Herman, 5375 Sugarloaf Parkway, was arrested and charged with battery.

Jordan Tyler Daniel, 1784 Kelvin Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs/alcohol.

Timothy Wayne Garrett, 600 Trombley Bay Lane, was arrested and charged with parole violation.

John Allen Simmons, 846 Marlboro Drive, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and expired tag.

Bryan Damon Shaw,1911 Hillside Bend Crossing, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a crime, VGCSA intent distribute C/S, materials on windshield/light and safety belts required.

Enoch Alexander Jackson, 3866 Greenbay Drive, was arrested and charged with credit card fraud, parole violation, credit card theft and credit card forgery.

Terrence Evan Williams, 1455 Highland Lake Drive, was arrested and charged with speeding, improper/erratic lane change and DUI-alcohol.
