Lawrenceville Docket Book: October 18

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on October 18, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Cametria Patrease Cunningham, 1769 Coleville Oak Ln, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol.

Chadwyck Victor Pergantis, 300 Riverbirch Ln, was arrested and charged with improper passing emergecy/towing/highway vehicle, speeding, driving while license withdrawn and failure to have license on person.

Carlo Andres Michael Carter, 859 Stillwater Ln, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Le'oran Ginaro Jordan, 859 Stillwater Ln, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Lindsey Marie Adams, 1360 Pinyon Pl, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Justin Kenneth Belcher, 1025 Mckendree Park Ln, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Tocha Monique Smith, 287 E Crogan St, Apt 6133, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Justin Michael White, Apt 2-201 239 New Hope Rd, was arrested and charged with child molestation/aggravated child molestation.

Livius Almasan, 2331 Sunny Hill Rd, was arrested and charged with windshield not in good condition, driving while license suspende/revoked, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to appear.

Hakim Quamod Harris, 870 Chimney Trace Way, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Ricky Charles Batson, 3108 Windy Hill Pt, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, driving with suspended tag, following too closely and no insurance.

Benjamin Joel Lindstrom, 254 Stone Mountain St, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Victor Momolua Bai, 716 Scenic Hwy, was arrested and charged with obstruction law enforcement officer and criminal trespass.

Jaime Sanchez, 2057 Alcovy Trace Way, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children-3rd degree.

Dylan Gregory Smith, #1808 3400 Sweetwater Rd, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and failure to keep in proper lane.
