Lawrenceville Docket Book: November 7

DUI, battery and possession of marijuana are just some of the charges Lawrenceville residents were arrested on. Although they have been arrested, they have not been convicted of a crime.

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on November 1, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Warren Richards Williams, 144 Maddox St Apt 5, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Dominique Tuitt, 1874 Longmont Dr, was arrested and charged with improper lane change and DUI-alcohol less safe.

Troy Demyreon Harris, 35 Joans Ct, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, headlight requirements and suspended/revoked license.

Robert Lee Ray, 395 Buford Dr, was arrested and charged with expired or no tag, driving while license suspended/revoked and no insurance.

David William Hannigan, 501 Timber Laurel Ln, was arrested and charged with VGCSA of C/S, failure to maintain insurance, operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration and possession and use of drug related.

Javier Miguel Valdes, 1869 Libby Lane, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Leidy Ofelia Guardado Archila, 3386 Fairway Oaks Dr, was arrested and charged with battery.

Eric Scott Djubek, 751 Hurricane Shoals Rd, was arrested and charged with DUI-Alcohol.
