Lawrenceville Docket Book: November 13

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on November 13, 2011. Those arrested and their charges include:

Reginald Dejuan Jackson, 395 Lazy Willow Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, violation of limited driving permit and vehicle seat belt required in front seat.

Anthony Joseph Delnegro, 2309 Five Forks Trickum Road, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud.

Carlos Hernandez-Presa, Apt. 2C, 3348 Fairway Oaks, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and loud noise 50 ft. from normal hearing.

Elio Cineus, 1082 Ashton Park Dr., Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with refusal to comply with traffic officer, M/V on wrong side of road and driving without a license.

Nicholas Cameron Fox, 1029 Teakwood Cv., Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with battery.

Benigno Alfaro, 8 Tara Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer, DUI more than .10% blood alcohol and fleeing/attempting to elude.

Chadwyck Victor Pergantis, 300 Riverbirch Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI drugs.

Sarah Elizabeth Ryals, 1085 River Overlook Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol and duty upon striking fixed object.

Wesley Scott Jacques, 1741 Fox Holw, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 oz. of Marijuana and expired tag.
