James Harold Hembree, 2575 Callie Still Rd, was arrested and charged with open container law, improper/erratic lane change and DUI-alcohol.

Juan Antonio Perez, 1915 Sidneys Cv, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, DUI alcohol and impeding flow of traffic.
James Kevin Smith, Apt 117 107 Overlook Park Ln, was arrested and charged with DUI-more than 0.10% blood alcohol, improper name and address and speeding.
