Lawrenceville Docket Book: May 21

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on May 21, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Bobby Speaks, 3420 Water Vistas Parkway C, was arrested and charged with battery.

Vincent Bernard Sanders, 1105 Treymont Ln, was arrested and charged with open container law, DUI-alcohol and improper lane change.

Jean Maurice Alcee, 2744 Autumn View Dr, was arrested and charging with DUI-alcohol and speeding.

Daphne Binion McDowell, 452 Eagle Tiff Dr, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Derek Knight Lemay, 702 Maple Ln, was arrested and charged with armed robbery.

Hyung Il Chi, 2741 Hutchins Rd, was arrested and charged with battery.

Austin Joseph Logan, 576 Suwanee East Dr, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and simple assault.

Samed Gluhic, 1472 Sir Knight Way, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage to property-2nd degree and FTA bench warrant.

Jermaine Jacarlos Green, 1754 Oak Ridge Way, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Rachel Villanueva, 1304 Holland Park, was arrested and charged with theft by deception.

Derek Ivan Aidrich, 1304 Holland Pl, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to commit crime.

Joshua Allen Green, 1525 Summer Ridge Ln, was arrested and charged with battery and aggravated assault.
