Demetris Archoa Latortue, 2013 Sheetbend Way, was arrested and charged with DUI-under the age of 21, purchase/possession of alcohol by person under 21 and failure to obey stop sign.
Nicky Nhi Trinh, 1587 River Main Ct, was arrested and charged with robbery.
