Lawrenceville Docket Book: January 3
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on January 3, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:
Thanh Tuan Le Vu, 4339 Annlette Dr, was arrested and charged with VGCSA-Schedule IV, DUI-drugs and VGCSA possession of marijuana w/intent to distribute less than an ounce of marijuana.
Norman Gould Allen, 2532 Herndon Rd, was arrested and charged with child molestation/aggravated child molestation.

Christopher Lamont Fanning, 2400 Field Rock Way, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, following too closely, VGCSA of controlled substance, tampering with evidence, at least one brake light, no proof of insurance, no drivers license, giving false name or information, obstruction of law enforcement officer and simple assault.
Sunny Cherian, 396 Fosters Cove Way, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane, motor vehicle on wrong side of road and obstruction of law enforcement officer.

Yorgell Fayula-Felizola, 1691 Cannonball Ct, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
