Lawrenceville Docket Book: January 29

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on January 29, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Irving John Hall, 3404 Timbercreek Dr, was arrested and charged with giving wrong signal, driving while license suspended/revoked, giving false name or information, driving while license withdrawn, reckless driving, speeding, failure to obey traffic device, prohibited U-turn/sign posted, failure to keep in proper lane, improper/erratic lane change, display of plates, tag light visible 50 ft., 2/32 inch tread on all grooves, open container law, fleeing or elude police officer, obstruction law enforcement officer and aggravated assault.

Tevin Barnett, 3127 Cruse Rd, was arrested and charged with hit & run-failure to stop & render aid, disorderly conduct and improper/erratic lane change.

Carol Plude Smith, 3312 Sean Way, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Elmer Mendez, 178 Prince Anthony Dr, was arrested and charged with all lenses must be good and no drivers license.

James Richard McIntyre, 2055 Wisteria Ct, was arrested and charged with pointing gun or pistol at another.

Earl Augustus Rhoden, 1029 Shady Spring Ct, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

Roberto Enrique Oliva-Herrera, 1545 Woodington Cir, was arrested and charged with following too closely and expired license.

Brandon Keith Culpepper, 3127B Ferrite Loop, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and VGCSA-schedule II.

Kyle Michael Wooten, 245 Mayfield Farms Drive, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and tag light required.

Alyssa Terrill Mahon, 301 Hanarry Dr, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
