Lawrenceville Docket Book: January 16

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on January 16, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Lloyd Harris, 1879 Alcovy Shoals Blf, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, speeding and failure to maintain lane.

Edwin Obafemi Prosper, 126 Mae Belle Way, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Nicholas Alexander Barhydt, 239 Oakmoor Ct, was arrested and charged with loitering or prowling, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, less than an ounce of marijuana, purchase/possession of alcohol on a person under 21 and possession of an open container in vehicle.

Michael Elliot Mora, 2710 Peachtree Parc Ln, was arrested and charged with less than an ounce of marijuana, loitering or prowling, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and possession open container in a vehicle.

Raymond Anthony Vernon, 24 Britain Dr Apt 9, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and affray.

Kiana Faye McDowell, 449 Southern Way, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children-3rd degree.

Kristian Tiarra Sweezer, 1411 Charter Oaks Lane, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Brian Scott Lewis, 1185 Stone Mill Run, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Gary Michael Lewis, 1185 Stonemill Run, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Joel Taveras Monclus, 443 Village Way, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Tanner Ethan Anders Hodgdon, 1581 Jami Hollow Way, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
