Lawrenceville Docket Book: February 5

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on February 5, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Solomon Archie Miaway, 675 Lookout Ct, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Terrance Lamont Wiggins, 1701 Penny Ln, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Orlander Brown, 341 New Hope Rd, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of an open container in vehicle.

Leticia Clararibel Lopez, 2997-B Ferrite Loop, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Valentina Cheban, 3811 Arc Way, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

George Sidonia Brown, 230 Cedarhurst Rd, was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud.

Peter Edward Chapman, 1090 Mercury Dr, was arrested and charged with battery.

Elizabeth Mendoza-Lopez, 380 Downing St, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Derrick Deshawn Banks, 3436 B Water Vistas Pkwy, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and tampering with evidence.

Timothy Durrelle Logan, Apt 906 5355 Sugarloaf Pkwy, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence and VGCSA within 1000 feet of an elementary school.

Leon Andre Robinson, 1926 Austins Point Dr, VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and giving false name or information.

Daphne Binion Mcdowell, 1871 Stoney Chase Drive, was arrested and charged with theft of services.
