Lawrenceville Docket Book: February 21

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.


The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on February 21, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Manuel Garcia-Soto, 302 Lendon Lane, was arrested and charged with child molestation and rape.

Blake Alan Keeling, 1510 Marble Way, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Casey Walter Giuffrida, 1916 Roberts Lane, was arrested and charged with loitering.

Malcolm Prince Williams, B 800 Stillwater Lane, was arrested and charged with statutory rape.

Michael Andre Fitch, 360 Sweet Ivy Lane, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Tevin Anthony Crowder, 1046 Martin Heights Dr., was arrested and charged with theft by receiving, reckless driving and fleeing or eluding a police officer.

Shane Joseph Castro, 1776 Woodhaven Ter., was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a crime, burglary, theft by receiving, loitering and carrying a concealed weapon.

Jennifer Stephanie Fils-Aime, 1022 Alysum Ave., was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

Xzavia Domonique Thomas, 1714 Longmont Dr., was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Capriccia Bennett, 237 Northdale Place, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Jay David Hart, 1305 Grace Hadaway Lane, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

James Kim, 1013 Bob Hannah Circle, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Thomas George Moodie, 358 W. Pike Street, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
