Lawrenceville Docket Book: February 1

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on February 1, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Thomas Peyton Rose, 2520 Winthorpe Way, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, discharge of gun near street and aggravated assault.

Joshua Jacquis Dumas, 687 Hunt Station Dr, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Ricardo Duran, 2469 Morning Dew Place, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children.

Sasha Denise Chatman, 875 Cremins Rd, was arrested and charged with theft of lost/mislaid property.

Jason Matthew Legault, 2200 Nw Deans Landing Dr, was arrested and charged with marijuana.

Wesley Taylor Carter, 1295 Coronada Dr, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Anthony Michael Ralston, 372 Rustic Ridge Court, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Richard Lee Allen, 647 Trotter Trail, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.00.

Kristen Joy Bozard, 1785 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, was arrested and charged with VGCSA of C/S. 

Seth Jordan Cordell, 1900 Abinger Ln, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Gregory Scott Jones, 490 Ringtail Dr, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Joe Martuz Covington, 241 3250 Sweetwater Road, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Nathaniel Brown, 745 Castlebrooke Way, was arrested and charged with open container, DUI-less safe and DUI-alcohol.
