Lawrenceville Docket Book: December 3

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on December 1, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Jose Alfredo Plascencia-Galindo, 1401 Brooks Water Ln, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, no drivers license and improper lane change.

Mario Eugenio Rivera, Apt 716 3400 Sweetwater Rd, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information.

Kevin Deangelo Smith, 502 Bridge Way, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Tamir Hasson Williams, 525 Lockridge Ln, was arrested and charged with speeding and no driver's license.

Patricia Lynn Hiter, 1137 Billy Mcgee Rd, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Kyu Tae Cho, 1448 Scenic Pines Dr, was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs/alcohol.

Channel Oscar Ventura, 1032 Casanova Ct, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain insurance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Zachary Gerard Cohen, 1157 Cotten Cin Ct, was arrested and charged with robbery and aggravated child molestation.

James Everett Russell, 1805 Old Fountain Road, was arrested and charged with DUI - drugs/alcohol.

Derrick Orlan Lynn Brown, 655 Sydney Crest Ln, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information.

Fernando Moreno, 1898 De Winton Pl, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.

Laura Katharine Lane, 810 Mccart Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Scott Allen Knake, 2210 Lebanon Rd, was arrested and charged with failure to obey traffic control and DUI.
