Lawrenceville Docket Book: December 2

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime. 

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on November 1, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Scott Alex Keese, 4026 Vicksberg Dr., was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Melanie Kay Oakes, 1521 Great Shoals Drive, was arrested and charged with obstructing an intersection, failure to maintain lane/wrong side of road, DUI-alcohol and DUI -less safe.

James K Rankins, 314 Oakland Hills, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and possession/purchase of alcohol under 21.

Roberto Izquierdo-Torres, 435 Silverthorne Pt, was arrested and charged with driving wrong side of road, driving while license suspended and laying drags.

Samuel John Hamilton, 2520 Woodbrooke Court, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, DUI-more than 0.10%blood alcohol, failure to appear and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Cecil Darrell Nelson, 2012 Chivalry Ct, was arrested and charged with DUI-more than 0.10% blood alcohol, no drivers license and hit and run.

Trisha Dao Trinh, 3337 Drayton Manor Run, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol and improper lane change.

Alexander A Walwyn, 1300 Chandler Ridge Dr, was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs and possession of less than an oz of marijuana. 

Samuel Zuniga, 3377 Drayton Manor Run, was arrested and charged with DUI and improper turn.

Vanita Jennebah Varney, 852 Bedford Bay Trail, was arrested and charged with improper lane change, driving while license suspended/revoked and leaving scene of accident/property damage.

Jimmy Lee Lumley, 861 Ozora Rd, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information, driving while license suspended/revoked, windshield not in good condition and financial identity fraud.

Edwin Lee Paul, 533 Woodland Lane, was arrested and charged with operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration, all lenses must be good and driving while license withdrawn.

Rance Engram Reliford, 1423 Tree Creek Pkwy, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information.

Juan Manuel Ledesma, 273 Campbell St, was arrested and charged with expired or no license on person.

Clinton Mark Barrett, 1602 Pine Cir, was arrested and charged with DUI Alcohol.

Martin Chavez, 1205 Woodington Cir, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children-3rd degree and battery.

Miguel Angel Cristen-Garcia, 12107 Holland Place, was arrested and charged with failure to obey traffic control and driving while unlicensed.
