Lawrenceville Docket Book: December 13

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on December 1, 2012. Those arrested and their charges include:

Dennis Wayne Velasco, 3121 Winn Dr, was arrested and charged with simple battery and interference with a call for emergency assistance.

Benjasmin De Jesus Garay, 3425 Haverlhill Rowe, was arrested and charged with child molestation.

Michael Thomas Clark, 2606 Milo Ct, was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault and VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Alexander Deonte Thrower, 590 Maple Wood Dr, was arrested and charged with fraudulent attempt to obtain refunds.

Matthew David Fryer, 1974 Suwanee Ter, was arrested and charged with urban camping.

Danielle Gail Polensek, 1720 Laurel Creek Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs/alcohol.

Kirsonda Aleas Barrett, 645 Hunters Creek Ln, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, FTA bench warrant and obstruction law enforcement officer.

Laquane Eugene Smith, 984 Oak Moss Dr, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property-2nd degree.

Ana Rosa Ovalle-Castillo, 129 Pine Valley Dr, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Kenneth Vernon Lee, 943 Sentry Ct, was arrested and charged with other offense.

Liliana Vergara-Candanosa, 590 Heathgate Dr, was arrested and charged with crossing median/divided hwy and not licensed to drive.

Derrell Antonio Martin, 1737 Campbell Ives Ct, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Sebastian Leon Brooks, 3250 Sweetwater Rd Apt 109, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
