Lawrenceville Docket Book: April 10

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on April 10, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Cecilia Cheree Dillingham, 470 Senior Dr, was arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer.

Maxim Terracina, 615 Prestonwood Dr, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling.

Eva Amanda Powell, 477 Ashton Cir, was arrested and charged with DUI alcohol, failure to dim headlights and fail maintain lane.

Steven Douglas Correll, 1330 Castle Royale Ct, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography and theft by taking.

David Castro, 2866 Cruse Rd, was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed or expired and speeding 19-23 over.

Karene Benoit, 1816 Jameson Circle, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Joseph Marion Herman, 2445 Silver Moss Way, was arrested and charged with VGCSA-schedule IV and no drivers license.

Jessica Rivers Citizen, 725 Carriage Ct, was arrested and charged with forgery-1st degree, possession of vehicle with altered VIN and false statements.

Peter Bright Stoughton, 136 Leigh Kay Drive, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Nathan Brian Christian, 78 Duncan Ct, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and operating low speed vehicle.

Antonio Young, 1891 Winners Cir, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of an open alcohol container.

Rannya Sanders Cobb, 2924 Shady Woods Cir, was arrested and charged with endangering security interest.

Melissa Aillen Hayes, 2235 Valley Wood Dr, was arrested and charged with DUI-child endangerment, battery and DUI -alcohol.
